Privacy Policy

The Park Partner app does not read, store, or transmit any personal data from the device on which it is used. “Personal data” refers to phone numbers, contacts, email addresses, audio and video media, senders/recipients/contents of SMS transmissions, etc. The only identifying information transmitted to the app’s publisher are device model number, operating system level, and similar details in the context of crash and/or usage reports, collected for the purposes of performance monitoring and quality assurance.

Park Partner is capable of receiving push notifications from the publisher, but receipt of such can be disabled by the user. These messages are typically sent on an occasional basis to highlight feature changes or other items of interest. They can be a source of useful information, but are not critical to the normal operation of the app. The Alerts feature employs on-device messaging, and does not otherwise communicate with any other device, server, etc. The ability to integrate third-party push notifications with the app’s messaging system is a voluntary option, and applies solely to those associated with the designated app published by the park owner itself. The contents of such are stored only for display within the Park Partner app, are not otherwise transmitted, and are removed completely when deleted by the user.
